Get Involved at harvest

Harvest Church has many ministries available for you to be involved in. From helping in the children's ministry to greeting newcomers as they arrive at the front doors, serving at Harvest Church is a great way to help make this church your home and deepen your relationship with Christ.

  • Men's Ministry

“Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love.”

    1 Corinthians 16:13-14

Men face many challenges today. Being a man is more than dragging your knuckles and grunting loud, it’s about being the spiritual leader in your home. It's where your wife feels safe in your love for her and you model the heart of God for your children.

Our Men’s Ministry is all about “iron sharpening iron” and helping men walkout their sonship in God and being the spiritual leader in their homes.

  • Women's Ministry

The Women’s Ministry is an arm of Harvest Church of Omaha, committed to helping women understand their calling and to find their place of ministry in their home, the church or the market place. We desire to see women of all ages anointed by God and released to fulfill their God given destinies. We are more than a program of the Church, or an event. We purpose to live out, support and challenge each other in our walk with the Lord. We want to always be available to encourage and come along side of each other as we encounter Christ together.

As we seek to grow spiritually and glorify the Lord, we desire to minister to the needs of women and cultivate a spirit of unity.

  • Stephen's Ministry

    Hospitality

What we affectionately call a heart to serve others expressed through many ways. Serving is a way of expressing the hear of Jesus. He came not to be served but to serve.

  • Extravagant Love!

    Practical Ministry

“Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another…distributing to the needs of the saints, given to hospitality.” Romans 12:10, 13 - NKJV
We invite everyone in our Harvest church family, (men and women!) to be a part of blessing one another in times of need. It could be making a meal, yard work, car repair, moving needs, home repairs, shoveling sidewalks, gift cards, sending card of encouragement, and more! We will be sending out an email whenever there is a need in our church family. Please ask the Lord what your part might be in meeting their needs. The burden is light with many hands. So, if you know anyone in our body who has a need, or even yourself, please don’t be shy about letting us know. Thus, we will fulfill Jesus’ command to love one another.

  • Friday night we will gather for prayer at Harvest church at 6:30 pm. We want to stoke the flames of His presence, prayer, and intercession, and hear what is on God’s heart. It’s not a “typical” prayer meeting! You’ll have to experience this for yourself. We believe the work gets done before the Throne of God before it comes to pass in our world. Questions? Contact Judy Anderson at janderson102260@hotmail.com
